Audiogram maker — turn audio into a waveform video

Drop in a podcast clip or song and get back an MP4 with a real waveform, colors, background and captions of your choosing — rendered locally in your browser, so the audio never leaves your device.

How it works

  1. Drop an MP3, WAV, M4A or OGG file. It stays on your device.
  2. Choose a style, colors, background and caption, and preview it.
  3. Render and download an MP4 — ready for Instagram, TikTok or YouTube.

Frequently asked questions

Is my audio uploaded to a server?

No. The audio is decoded and the video is rendered and encoded entirely in your browser using WebCodecs — it never leaves your device.

Is the waveform a real picture of my audio?

Yes. Every bar or line is drawn from the actual decoded amplitude of your file, the same way the audio trimmer's waveform works — never a generic animation.

What video format do I get, and will it work on social platforms?

An MP4 with H.264 video and AAC audio — the format Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and X all accept directly.

Can I add my own background image, colors and captions?

Yes. Pick bar or line style, mirror it, set the waveform and background colors, swap in a background image, and add a title and caption — all previewed before you render.

Which aspect ratios are supported?

Square (1:1) for feeds, vertical (9:16) for Reels, TikTok and Shorts, and widescreen (16:9) for YouTube.
